Gift Certificate Details & Terms

Validity: No expiration.

Email delivery and redemption: Gift certificates are delivered by email with a redemption code. Use the code toward an eligible Grit & Grog class or workshop. Unused value carries forward for future eligible bookings. If the booking total exceeds the available balance, pay the difference at checkout.

Typical class prices — guidance only: Try-It classes and workshops typically cost $55–$75. Monthly classes are $190. These prices help you choose a gift-certificate amount; they are not additional gift-certificate denominations.

Refunds: Gift-certificate sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Transfers: After delivery to the named recipient, certificates may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged.

Lost codes and replacements: Keep your gift-card code secure. A lost or deleted gift card email/code may be replaced only with proof of purchase and a verifiable remaining balance. We can’t replace a code that has already been redeemed or whose balance can’t be verified.

Remaining balances and Massachusetts cash redemption: At your request, you may choose the remaining balance in cash or continue using the certificate when the applicable Massachusetts threshold is met:

  • If the certificate does not allow additional value to be added, once at least 90% of its face value has been redeemed.
  • If the certificate allows additional value to be added, after a partial redemption leaves a balance of $5 or less.

Nothing in these terms limits cash redemption, refunds, replacement, or any other rights required by Massachusetts or other applicable law.
